Get Ready to Glow in Coquitlam

Glow Gala 2014 Coquitlam

Glow: A Women’s Evening of Change and Celebration Gala is coming back to the Executive Plaza Hotel in Coquitlam on May 23, 2014 for its third run. This glamourous annual event is the primary fundraiser for the Glow Girl program, but it’s more than a traditional fundraiser. In fact, it’s the event that started it all when a network of women decided to throw together a new kind of women empowerment conference.

Glow is a mix of seminar, tradeshow and charity gala. It welcomes local women from all walks of life who are seeking positive inspiration to improve their lives, while connecting with other women, giving back and having a fabulous ladies’ night out! You should dress to impress when you attend a Glow Gala. The evening features inspiring speakers, an elegant atmosphere and décor, and on-site “paparazzi-style” photographer, complimentary hors d’oeuvres and desserts, exhibitors featuring the best in women’s products and services, live entertainment, deejay and dancing, and a whole lot more.

While Glow is primarily aimed at women, men are more than welcome to attend as well and support the women and girls in their lives. There is something for everyone at our galas and they love to see all ages and all demographics interacting, embracing and sharing in the wonderful evening for a great cause.

The Glow Women’s Society is the non-profit organization behind the Gala. The group proactively focuses on empowering women and girls from all walks of life. Glow programs, events and content focus on giving women and girl’s tools to become strong voices in their communities, in business and within their families through improving self-worth, building healthy relationships, goal-setting and communication skills. Proceeds from this event will remain in the local community and support building and re-enforcing confidence in girls, allowing them to grow into women with a strong sense of self-worth.
