What:  Pro D Day at Place des Arts: Down on the Farm

The skinny:  Keep the kids entertained, informed and inspired at Place des Arts at the start of the long, heady run of SD43 Pro D and not-in-session schooldays. Mix-and-match blocks of activities based around the agricultural theme keep little ones from Kindergarten to Grade 5 on their creative toes. What: Three Dog Night in concert

What: Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup
When:  Saturday, September 21 from 9:00 – 11:00am
Where: Noons Creek Hatchery, 340 Ioco Road (map)
The skinny: Port Moody Ecological Society is spurring all residents into a frenzy of Fall housecleaning along their shores. Join volunteers to help clean Shoreline Park from the Hatchery down and along the Inlet. Bring – yourself, garbage bags and stout gloves. Pick up tools are a handy addition. And please don’t make the Fire Service practice their wet exit recoveries – no walking on the mud flats during this event!

What: Hope Lutheran Thrift Sale and Block Party
