Celebrate Canadian Film at Port Moody’s 12th Annual Festival

Port Moody Canadian Film Festival 2012

The Port Moody Film Society was established in 2000 as a volunteer, not-for-profit organization. They screen high-quality independent films from around the world, selecting each film screened. Their mission is to encourage an appreciation of film and film making, showcase films, filmmakers and provide opportunities for regular viewings, annual festivals and film screenings at special events.

One of the Port Moody Film Society’s biggest annual events is their Canadian Film Festival. The 12th annual edition takes place next month at Inlet Theatre. It runs over four nights, from March 15-18, 2012, starting at 6:00pm each evening, and it features some great films. In addition to the films, there will be numerous guest film-makers in attendance at the festival.
