What: Mike’s Critters

Reptiles, amphibians, birds, insects, arachnids, crustaceans and mammals populate his fascinating menagerie of weird and wonderful creatures from around the world. What: Village Vibe
When: Saturday, July 30 at 2:00pm
Where: Leigh Square Community Arts Village [map]
The skinny: Formerly called Live@ Leigh Square, this event has been revamped with a new name, new ideas, and a focus on all performing arts for emerging artists. This free program takes place on a covered outdoor stage at Leigh Square every Saturday afternoon from July – August. Various genres of music, dance, and theatre will be performed.

What: Summer Sundays Concerts – Phat Edna’s Soul Revue

The skinny: Enjoy free jazz, rhythm and blues concerts every Sunday at Rocky Point Park this summer. It’s a perfect way to spend a summer Sunday afternoon. Phat Edna’s Soul Revue is a Soul/funk band specializing in party and dance music for your event.
